Thank you for choosing Lash Obsession! To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review the following instructions before scheduling your appointment:
Appointments Required: All services are by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted.
Book in Advance: We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and time.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your appointment. This will go toward your final service cost.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and settle in. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in a reschedule or shortened service.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a fee.
Clean Lashes Only: Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes for best results and longer retention.
New Clients: A consultation is included in your first appointment to customize your lash look and discuss lash care.
